12.1 Termination by 502jl. 502jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your 502jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the 502jl platform is immediately revoked. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
